- TLTasha LaRueAug 3, 20261.0the deli is disgusting. ordered a breakfast burrito this morning and the worker (think his name was jacob) was leaning over our food, chewing his gum with his mouth open right over our food. the gum was almost falling out of his mouth & imagine all the spit he got into our burritos!!! he also kept pulling up his pants with his gloves on then touched our food right after. i was disgusted, and threw away the burritos shortly after we left, i wish i wouldve spoke up to a manager or something. probably will not get deli food from here again. please teach your deli workers basic food safety, and some common sense.

It’s pretty normal to have to wait a little bit for service the deli crew is in no hurry to help. The sandwiches and burritos are usually good though so we stop. Today the gentleman looked directly at us and tuned away. We waited about 5 minutes and then just left. The service there in the mornings is never great. But today it was non existent.

I was visiting family in longview and while I was up there I went in to this Safeways and the manager lady in the bakery was cussing and screaming at the employees back there. I hope someone steps in and protects these employees. I was so flabbergasted at the disgusting unprofessional behavior towards their employees let alone in front of customers.
