  I honestly don’t know how this place stays open. The restaurant was filthy from the moment we walked in. The floors were dirty, there was even broken glass on the floor, and multiple tables were covered in crumbs and hadn’t been wiped down. The windows and entrance doors were covered in fingerprints and grime, making the whole place feel neglected. What made it worse was seeing the waitresses sitting around scrolling on their phones instead of cleaning or checking on the dining area. It gave the impression that cleanliness and customer service just weren’t a priority. The food wasn’t any better. The fettuccine Alfredo was incredibly watery, with a thin, flavorless sauce that looked more like pasta sitting in milk than Alfredo. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a clean restaurant or decent food.

  Poor service. My husband and I came in right after 6pm on a Friday. We got a couple of ciders, wings, & ordered the fisherman’s platter. We were looking forward to try the seafood, but unfortunately it never came. It was busy when we came in but one after the other, everyone else cleared out. I’ve worked in the service industry in the past so I’m not one to rush the service, but right when I was going to ask for an update on our dinner, the server came to check us out. We never got our food! I asked about our order and whether it had even been entered or if it was just taking longer than expected, but I didn’t receive a response nor an effort to compensate for the hour wait. Luckily there’s so many other options on commerce ave, but it was a super unfortunate experience!

  Absolutely phenomenal fried seafood! Everything was very fresh and perfectly fried. The clam chowder was amazing, and if you order the bowl, be prepared for it to be larger than your head. Big portions at a really great value. Had a cup and bowl of soup, clam basket, a seafood basket and two cups of the best coffee for $57. Absolute steal! And our server Sam was absolutely awesome! Highly recommend this gem!

  The food is great! But employees should remember when they pick up the phone and lay it down on the counter. 38 minutes and counting hearing employees acknowledge they still have a customer on the phone while another employee griped well they are just going to have to wait. I get being busy but at least get back on the phone and don't be so rude!

  I ordered cod fish and chips without the chips. Just coleslaw. The fish was excellent; coleslaw was ok. Service was slow. The bathroom wasn't clean. The whole restaurant looked like it needed to be cleaned.
