  Placed order today around 3pm for pick up at 5-6 and promptly after placing the order was delayed. No notification of until when. I called at 6 to see what the delay was and the person that I spoke with said they didn't know because they were leaving but looking at around two more hours until my order is ready. But hey it's ok because they keep the orders for 48 hours. Does that help? It does not. People have jobs and if I don't deliver on time at mine there are consequences. If you are to short staffed or constantly fail to run a timely service maybe you as management should rethink your position or hire more people. Because now I'm going to have to choose between go without groceries until tomorrow or wake my babies up tonight get to the store and pick up my order. That is if they get it done by 10pm. Ridiculous.

  I always love going here. The staff has always been nice. I love the staff at the Starbucks, always enjoyed talking to them, and they always make my order with love. I love the staff at the Deli department as well! Always so kind!. 10/10 would always go

  Hello Safeway, I am wanting to express my concerns because I feel that it’s extremely unprofessional for somebody who, I believe, is an acting manager to not go and help open up another register when my family and I are standing in a very long line with frozen products. I believe her name is Shanmarie. Several other customers have expressed the same concerns with the lines there. I have noticed on several occasion where she is just standing around or gossiping with other coworkers and not attending to the needs of customers. I just need to raise this issue, am very busy and haven’t had the time to write, so writing this notification now. Furthermore, she also has an unpleasant tone the way that she talks to customers and coworkers. One time she was raising her voice at one of the coworkers. If this individual is having anger issue, I sincerely hope that it gets addressed. It’s unfair to the employees that are busier at the checkouts and that there is this individual that doesn’t seem very helpful to their coworkers or customers. One last point, we had called the store once, she had very rude & unpleasant tone with us when we were just asking if a certain product was on sale. If she is having a bad day she shouldn’t take that out on others, especially customers. We hope that the long lines get shorter with more available assistance, it gets expensive to have to wait in a long line and allow frozen products being to melt.
