I've been actively coming here for 9+ years, but it wasn't until today while doing self checkout, the lady came and stood right by me. I only had 4 items, was dressed appropriately, and paid with debit. I needed help with an item and a coupon but she just stood there. Not sure what her issue was but I think I'll switch my meds and weekly groceries to the other Lakewood location.

They had 2 guys who looked so much alike & their service was excellent 👏 👌 but the 2 women who served me after that I can't anymore. Probably I go to Gravely lake. I called and spoke with someone and they said it will take up to 7 business days to reimburse my account. Not to mention I used my digital coupons I earned for money off my groceries that are bow just gone.I canceled my yearly delivery account and will shop somewhere else. I am super unhappy with the way this was handled and the lack of caring from safeway.
