  They have no idea what they are doing most of the time, some of them are rude. And I don’t actually think I’ve been here yet when there hasn’t either something wrong with the food or just an issue placing an order. Even trying to pick up a mobile order is a pain. At this point it’s better to drive further to the other location than sit and wait at this one.

  Every time I go, I feel that the food comes out too late. Tall female employees are very unfriendly. Sometimes the food I ordered comes out incorrectly. When I checked it at home, it was already too late. It's far, so I might be able to go again. Every time I go, I feel that the food comes out too late. Tall female employees are very unfriendly. Sometimes the food I ordered comes out incorrectly. When I checked it at home, it was already too late. Anyway, I think they need to retrain the employees here.

  i decided to try out this place seeing that it was new, as i picked up my food it was completely cold i ordered a 10 piece nugget and i asked for it to be well done except when i took a bite the inside felt very cold like its been sitting there for a few hours. i decided to go inside and ask for it to be redone instead a older women came out and kept telling me its well done as im showing her its not and its completely cold, she stood there and went back and forth with me for a good 2 minute then called over a manager just for it to be remade, saw her name tag (judy) and im glad i got a name. a few minutes later i saw her come out with a ice cream thats dripping all over her hand, as in her hand is covered with it handing out to customers and i just feel like overall the customer service here is awful.

  Absolutely awful place to be. Terrible and extremely rude and condescending staff, excessive wasted time for food to be cold and staler then cardboard. And when i had a problem with my order, they straight up ignored me. Never go to this McDonalds, there are far better ones then this crap show of a place

  They really need to work on their timing. The 3 times I've been, I've waited at least 15 min to get my order. And it's been one meal. They don't really have anyone up front so it's difficult to get help if say, they missed a sauce or messed up. But it is clean, and they have been professional when I have interacted with them... could be a great place if their service was better timed.
