  As A NEW STORE...I don't get how you use the app 20-30 minutes before pickup..you get here ya gotta wait another 10-20 minutes.IF YA USE TAKEOUT..YA GOTTA WAIT 10MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO EVEN LOOK AT YOU...SO THE HELL WITH PEOPLE LIKE ME IN LUNCH..and atop of all that..the food is never warm atleast..and never hot. THE manager with glasses.(He has small afro)...good job.he does well for customers,some of young staff also good job..THE smart mouth slow staff..trash customer service.male or female..septum rings and rainbow hair.good luck growing up with that attitude . SHOUT OUT CUSTER RD..AT LEAST THEIR FOOD IS ALWAYS HOT.

  Some of the reviews I can see how they can be justified, but the overall rating is very dramatic. Is it the most beautiful McDonald’s ever? No, though almost any fast food chain will have the same problems that this one has. Not the greatest in Washington, but its service is not as bad as the reviews says it is. My fries were perfectly fresh and my Quarter Pounder was fresh, so that’s all I can ask for.

  I very displeased with the environment in which this business allows. Today we traveled to this today and I had an autistic shut down, eloped away from the business. As I was reapproaching the business toward my partner/safe person (I was not on McDonald's property) i was being loud and drawing attention, the employee stuck his head out the drive thru window and ask if everything was okay. His demeanor was not of concern, he had a smile on his face and had a like let me get into the drama attitude. We waved him off and told him everything was okay. I even made sure he saw my face and I was just having a moment and needed to have it. He disappeared, then as im going off agian he start pushing agian I told him im autistic in a shut down and need to please walk away I am with my safe person. He continued to push........ to the point I felt hed come out of the establishment. He was laughing when he went back in the window. I left and didnt even get our food as we didnt feel comfortable

  Ordered two sausage biscuits with cheese and four fresh hash browns. Exactly how I ordered it. Couldn't be more happy.

  The food was old and overly salted. Fries were cold. Got 5 burgers only gave us three at first. Definitely should have gotten my money back. Next time I'm asking for fresh everything.
