  Rude staff. horrible service all around and screwed my order up 3 times.... cold food and cold employees basically.

  I never have had a good experience at this mcdonalds. They either get my order wrong, are super rude, or the first time I went there i waited 20 minutes for a mcchicken and off duty employees kept coming in to order food and getting theirs before mine. How do I know they were off duty employees? They kept going to the back which im sure is a healthcode violation. Just now when I went I went to the order menu that didn't have a car at it and he said I'll be with you in a minute... no big deal sure but the cars in the lane next to me that got there after me kept being helped, so I said hello? And the guy said very rudely ma'am im taking food to a car ill be right back.... sure then shouldn't the lady helping the other line bounce over to me then? Anyways will be going to the Custer one from now on.

  This McDonald's years ago before 2010s used to have a super cool 50s car diner theme with comfy red cushioned booths. Over time the design overall regressed. I'm writing this review due to my level of shock walking inside today to see this McDonald's yet again have another remodel and it got worse. Atleast there were workers at the counter before. Now this McDonald's has become a New York Subway station ticket booth with screens to make you so the work. It reeked like pee from the homeless that mainly hang out in here. Two of them dumping their crap out of their bags onto the table. I could barely hang out in the lobby because of the stench. I noticed a small counter with no employee but I rather have someone quickly just punch in numbers really quick at the counter listening to the words that come out of my mouth INSTEAD OF ME HAVING TO DO THAT WORK. as I'm waiting for an employee, I see just soda and trash all over the floor with a slip sign on top of it. Floors were sticky and smelled bad. Then I thought, well if this place is this bad I can only imagine the food. And then I realized it wouldn't be fair for my child to eat in this filth. We are a society. It was insane to see how many people lined up for this place content with it while my nose burned. I went to a sit down restaurant nearby and paid $8 for a similar, simple, burger meal.

  Poorly staffed, argumentative and poor attituded staff if and when they decide to acknowledge you, no baby changing station, the staff will ignore you trying to get into the locked bathroom for up to 15ish mins (fortunately a staff member running an order to a car finally acknowledged me). All in all, the food here is fresh because it's ultra busy, it will be sloppily thrown together. The staff needs retraining and just more of them in general. Don't EVER come here in a rush. It is one of the slowest to make the food.

  Third strike for this location. Girl took forever to take my order at the drive thru. And I was the only car in line. Had to repeat myself 3 times. Got to the window and she was yacking with another girl about a trip one of them had been on. She was maybe the rudest person ive ever encountered at this location. Not sure why its so hard to serve at least warm food, and apply (include) appropriate sauces. This is the third time they've handed me something made wrong and cold. Got a double cheeseburger and a large diet coke yesterday. Burger was COLD, cheese not melted at all and had NO ketchup on it. Tossed together haphazardly. It was not eatable. Already took the survey on my receipt (they acutely gave me) this time. Whoever is the manager here needs to *manage* something.
