Crew member Sierra was friendly, funny, and above and beyond as far as customer service is considered. Doing a tough job during what can be a tough shift. Staff like her are the reason we return to certain locations. Great job Sierra!!!
- CCCorruptMay 10, 20265.0Jacobyis an amazing worker when every lead and manager was busy handling mobile and door dash orders he jumped up and handled the front to the best his ability not with the register but with all our questions comments and issues there was not one person who's question or complaint was neglected he took care of everything we needed and told us a exactly when to ask the manager if we still didn't get our food in time due to the rush of drive thru, mobile orders, and doordash all happening at once he was very professional and definitely deserves a lead spot.

Literally every time I come here the people are so bothered to be working … why are they there then? It’s almost like they forget they work in customer service. I will never spend another $ at this establishment and will for now on, go out of my way to DuPont where you are treated with BASIC RESPECT, not to mention the extream Body odor smell throughout the lobby ( that was a great touch getting wafted as soon as you walk in in the door). Disgusting attitudes and environment. Management should really be ashamed of themselves for allowing their staff to be blatantly disrespectful to their customer base.
