    I came to this location to see and support my dear friend Maddyn. Unfortunately, when I asked the worker at the window to say hi to my friend, I was met with an attitude. I can understand that calling out to a coworker can be a bit of an inconvenience, but it is very disappointing to receive such negative energy, especially from this location.

    Today marks the second time in a month this has happened at this particular DB location... I approach the walk up counter and stand there for several minutes before deciding to walk away and get my coffee somewhere else. Of note...there were two vehicles in the drive up area, four baristas were huddled around in the store (not working on anything), one barista was outside taking the two vehicle's orders, no one was doing anything but standing around. No hold on a minute we'll be right with you, zero acknowledgement at all.

    went earlier monday morning got a coffee and some food. my food was overcooked and thrown in the bag. my barista wasn’t very friendly either. just upset felt like a waste i even tipped.

    I visited the Dutch Bros location in Lakewood, Washington, today at approximately 3:35 PM using the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing customer service experience. When I arrived at the window, the employee did not greet me or acknowledge me in any way. I handed her the cash for my order, and she did not say a single word throughout the transaction. As I began driving away, she loudly said, “Have a day,” which came across as sarcastic and rude. This experience was surprising because one of the main reasons I enjoy going to Dutch Bros is the consistently friendly and welcoming customer service. Every other Dutch Bros location I’ve visited has had employees who are kind, engaging, and make customers feel appreciated. The employee was a white woman with red hair, acrylic nails, and a Dutch Bros bandana. I’m not submitting this complaint to get anyone in trouble, but I do hope she receives additional customer service training so future customers have the positive experience that Dutch Bros is known for.
