My hubby and son love Dutch Bros! ( I do too, but currently on a restricted diet after a medical procedure, so no Dutch Bros for awhile šŸ˜”). My son's current favorite is the " The Popping Boba Fire Lizard". Hubby likes the "Golden Eagle" ( when he adds an extra shot of expresso, he calls it a "Screaming Golden Eagle".) He also likes the " Carmelizer". My hubby is diabetic and most of their drinks can be made with sugar-free ingredients. When taking orders, the employees are very nice with positive vibes. Dutch Bros consistently is quicker to process orders and get customer's drinks timely as compared to their competitors. The employees are really helpful with drink suggestions and descriptions of drinks available ( which you can modify to suit your specific tastes or dietary needs). We appreciate that Dutch Bros hires people who are truly customer-focused, friendly, and inviting to all people.

This is me & my lil family fav place to grab ice coffee, shakes , smoothies or something else. Its our 2nd time to order our drink & everything looks perfect. Also the taste is not that sweet, so i really loved that.

The girl working the window between the hour of 11am-12pm on the 1st of October seemed very annoyed and not the happiest attitude. And when we got our freezes they were basically melted. We asked a question and she came off rude.

I been here 3 different times where I showed my code and points weren't applied. A handful of times staff was rude/ rushing like they didn't wanna be at work with no line behind me just to pull up and my order be wrong.
