- RERebecca EJun 30, 20261.0Ordered delivery that included a Philly pizza. When we received it there was clearly something wrong. The pizza was incredibly burnt and appeared to not have any cheese on it. When we called instead of remaking the pizza they said we had to email them a picture of it to verify. It took the associate over ten minutes to find the email address and when I asked him how long it would take to verify the picture he couldn't give me a clear answer. By this point I was extremely frustrated, but my husband went ahead and tried to email the picture. It reached another level of frustration when after trying the email it was kicked back because the address was invalid. At the end of the interaction they ended up being able to remake the pizza even after claiming multiple times they couldn't without receiving an emailed picture first. As a customer who has frequented Dominos for many many years this is beyond frustrating. As my purse strings get tighter due to the economy I can't ignore the lack of care and quality given. When will companies realize that when these are the realities customers face we will choose to spend our money elsewhere. As the head of the spending in my household you wont catch me spending my money on this slop any longer. I would rather save my money and buy quality pizza from a local business instead.

My original pick up time was supposed to be 5:09. When I got there it changed to 5:34. I'm wondering if they made a mistake on the first one, then hurriedly made a new one. Hence the time change and being undercooked. We couldn't finish it. So we only ate the side order we got with it.

Just basic common courtesy is lacking.
