They suck at portions when it comes to online orders I tried to get a refund but all I was offered was a lousy free entree meal NO I specifically asked for my money back. I also ordered queso and whoever packed my queso did not even fill the cup up all the way. It was half full and I paid $4 for that whole cup. Whoever worked on 5-7-26 around 8pm on online orders needs to be retrained and stop being stingy with the food. Not only that my bowl barely had any rice in it. The whole entire bowl was not made how they would’ve made it if I went inside. Then the quesadilla had way more vegetables than chicken make it make sense. Then there’s a plus my bag was not even sealed just left opened no sticker to seal the bag.

I love chipotle, but my experience today was not it at all. Let’s start with I made an online order and I wanted 10min after the time it was suppose to be done. On my order I did the free chips and queso for cinco de mayo they had. I get my car and I have no chips but I have queso. I go back in to explain that to them and the little girl working the online order station had a horrible stank attitude when I asked for my chips. She aggressively slid the queso over to me, then I repeated I needed chips. She acting like it’s a hassle and needs to see my bag that’s now already in the car. My thing is why are we having an attitude over free chips?????….
I had to take a moment to recognize Amya here at Chipotle because her customer service truly stood out. I came in already frustrated due to a previous issue I had at this store, and she completely turned my experience around. From the moment she stepped in, she was calm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making things right.
Amya didn’t just fix the problem—she went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. That level of effort and professionalism is rare these days, and it did not go unnoticed. She handled everything with such patience and kindness, and it honestly made a big difference in my day.
Thank you, Amya, for your outstanding service. Chipotle is lucky to have you!

So a bit of backstory- I had a rough day at work. Boss was not having it, my clients rude… my wife is separating me (I’m just not having a good year) … anyways. I finally get a moment for a lunchbreak, and having heard good things of the chicken Al pastor- I place an online order. A burrito, black beans, white rice, al pastor chicken, some veggies, corn, lettuce, sour cream - my usual order. Except.. I try something different - the cilantro lime. It sounded great, cilantro? Lime? Combined? What can go wrong? I come by pick up my order, head back to work, and sit down for lunch. Take a bite, alright seems fine.. but as I continue to eat… no cilantro… no lime? Those flavors usually are so distinct. I look with each bite, no cilantro lime dressing to be found.
I look at my receipt - yes it’s there, charged every cent. But no where to be found on my burrito.
The one thing I look forward to- my lunch, my burrito, and once again the world curses me.
TLDR; The chicken was good tho
I just wish I had a chance to try the cilantro lime.
Also shout out to Alex who helped me pick up my order, you made my day.
