  The high school looking kid with earrings clearly hated being there and acted like the food came out of his paycheck. He dipped the veggie tongs in three separate times but barely opened them, grabbing only two or three pieces each time instead of one normal scoop like everyone else does. it was the weirdest thing It was ridiculous watching him work that hard just to give me nothing and same thing with the rice used 2 small scoops and still gave me nothing with it. my bowl overall looked like it had practically nothing in it.

  I thought i reviewed this chipotle but I guess I didn't!! Literally I will choose NOT to go to any other chipotle because this place has the best managers and workers. I had one time where I ordered through the app. Picked it up and the rice was super hard. It was undercooked. I am currently pregnant and had called and talked to them about it. They told me to not worry and just come in and they will remake it. When I went in they were still apologetic and even gave me a side of free guac and chips. Amazing! And then today I went in 7/9/26, and grabbed 5 entries. And I noticed I didn't get the side of red salsa. I went back and asked for it. I also stupidly forgot to ask for extra rice with my entrée. I was expecting to pay for the rice at least but the manager told me it's all good. Don't even worry about it. She made me cry. I have been having a rough day today and I got some news I wasn't expecting. So this honestly was so helpful. So so appreciative of the managers here. Genuinely love this chipotle and won't go anywhere else. Thank you for always making my days better. You guys don't just make/serve great food. You guys also make a difference in people's days. Thank you again!

  I was craving chipotle and was so excited to eat my dinner but unfortunately my food was gross. I ordered for pickup, my order was complete incorrect, my daughter’s quesadilla had a hair in it!! The staff is rude and immature. Please take your business elsewhere

  This was the worst catering experience I've ever had. We ordered the triple meat package for 30 people, even though we only needed to feed 22, because our employees have healthy appetites. Unfortunately, the amount of food we received was nowhere near what we've received from other catering companies for similar-sized orders. If you're looking to cater an event, I would recommend going elsewhere. The hard-shell tacos were also a disappointment. Many of the shells were broken, and because we selected two types of hard-shell tacos, we only received 15 of each instead of 30 total of one variety. This wasn't made clear when ordering. We had enough lettuce to feed an army though. When I called to complain they said that we should have received about 4oz of meat per person which is 7.5 lbs and we were nowhere near that. To make matters worse, our order wasn't even ready at the scheduled pickup time. Considering how much we spent; the overall experience was extremely disappointing. We were very unsatisfied with the value, quality, and service, and we will not use them again for future events or recommend them to others.

  They've messed up our online orders several times recently, so make sure to inspect your food when you pick it up! They don't usually fill our bowls all the way either.
