I advise that we are here to pick up our order and I give him my name. My sister then asks to use the bathroom where she is immediately greeted with that's for customers only. I then had to prove I placed and online order by showing him my phone (even though he had my name) before re he suddenly became friendly and gave her the code to the restroom, after I made a comment about so she doesn't get to use the bathroom?Super rude. I saw the 2.3 Google review rating before I ordered and now the rating makes sense.

Upon entering, both the manager and an employee were in the kitchen area and did not acknowledge me with a greeting, welcome, or even a simple hello. I waited approximately five minutes before anyone came to take my order. I have been a Buffalo Wild Wings customer for more than 25 years and consistently order my chicken fried hard with the sauce on the side. However, my order was prepared with the sauce already on the chicken. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he stated that he did not hear my request. Given how clearly I communicated my order, I found that explanation difficult to accept. Because I needed to return to base and was on a tight schedule, I requested a refund. The manager informed me that refunds were not an option and that the food could only be remade, which would have taken an additional 15–20 minutes that I did not have. The issue was not just the mistake with the order—it was the indifferent and dismissive attitude displayed throughout the interaction. The lack of urgency, accountability, and customer care was frustrating and unacceptable. Ultimately, I left the food at the restaurant and walked out, despite having already paid for it. The employees seemed completely unconcerned that a paying customer was leaving without the meal he ordered. That level of nonchalance is what bothered me the most. Additionally, during this interaction, I observed the manager outside vaping. He then returned inside and resumed working without washing his hands, which raised concerns about sanitation and food safety practices. What further reinforced my concerns was what happened afterward. I was next door at the T-Mobile store with the drink I had purchased. An older gentleman asked where I had gotten the drink, and I told him Buffalo Wild Wings next door. He walked over intending to purchase a drink for himself. About five minutes later, he returned empty-handed and told me that the employees never acknowledged him. All he wanted was a drink, but he left because no one would assist him. After this experience, I can understand why this location's rating is only 2.3 stars. That is a reflection of the poor customer service and lack of professionalism I witnessed firsthand. Upper management should be concerned and take a serious look at what is happening at this restaurant. Ignoring customers, showing little accountability when mistakes are made, and failing to provide even basic hospitality is unacceptable. I have been a loyal Buffalo Wild Wings customer for decades, and this was easily one of the worst experiences I have had at any location. This restaurant would greatly benefit from stronger leadership, additional management training, improved customer service standards, and better attention to food safety practices. Customers deserve far better than what I experienced during this visit.

I ended up trying to get their attention multiple times and then left. I think we got to look at a hiring process. Because the two workers, a younger guy and girl that you have working right now leaves the store very undemand. Not very successful setup that's for sure. I can see why the reviews are so low.
