  Scrappy food. I ordered some of the cantina chicken and this is what I got, melted cheese and a tortilla. Smelled dirty and the floors were sticky.

  I was just enjoying my food when I noticed an odd flavor coming from the tortilla opened both of my breakfast crunch wraps to find mold in both of them I will be pressing charges thank you! Update: called the Taco Bell manager to report the incident and he stated that he could check the cameras to see if there was mold previously on the tortilla but tried to blame it on it being burnt! You guys tell me does that look like a burnt tortilla to you because that sure looks like black mold to me 😀

  This location is the worst service location I've ever had the joy of experiencing. Always seems to be a 20min wait even for a simple order. The inside of the location is a mess with food and trash about the dining room, never tried the restrooms so cant speak for those.

  Store is super disgusting inside, staff was sitting in the lobby watching TV on their phones, they won't serve walk ins till the drive through is completely clear. Even cars that arrived 5 minutes after me. Even as I write this a car pulled up and was served. I've been sitting here for 20 min. Save your time, drive to Marysville or Everett. I got my food, the guy after me was still waiting after I finished my food.

  The guy working the window at approximately midnight the night of April 30. He was horrible. Texting openly on his phone for anyone to see right in the window. While we waited for our order over 10 minutes. And guess what. He got our order wrong. And was almost non verbal. This is unacceptable. It’s not hard to place hot sauce in orders that ask for sauce. Get off your phone. You’re at work. We didn’t get the proper tacos with the limited box. And no sauce. It’s an easy job that my 10 yo niece could do better.
