It took us 2 hrs to get through the drive thru because they were so slow. Unfortunately we were stuck in it otherwise we would have driven off. The employee restarted her wait time clock after it reached 5 mins of us sitting there at the window continuing to wait for our food. This drive thru has always been slow but 2 hrs?!

My husband went through the drive thru for a quick bite to bring home and from the time he got into the drive thru to when he got his food it took almost an hour. He ordered 5 items and then proceeded to wait at the pick up window for at least 25 minutes. He ordered a veggie Mexican pizza and received a regular one. We also ordered two bean burritos with no cheese and extra onion, instead received regular bean burritos with cheese. I’m lactose intolerant so was not pleased. He said they kept putting all these other orders on the table and they did apologize for the wait and asked if they could do anything else to make up for it before we got our food. But to mess up the majority of the order after waiting so long and then having it be so late we didn’t really have any other options at home really just set the mood. Extremely irritating. We want a refund.

Decent for a taco bell but the service is consistently really slow and the kiosks didn't have the luxe box the last couple times I've stopped by.
Worst “fast food” joint I’ve EVER been to. Currently in line and it’s already been 45 minutes and I’m still not at the pickup window yet. DO NOT GO HERE. Either severely understaffed, careless employees, bad management or combination of it all. Avoid at all cost!
This review is only the beginning.
I strongly dispute claims that I behaved in a threatening manner. I have video documentation that I believe contradicts those claims and shows how my words were exaggerated or misrepresented as information passed from Manager Landon to Manager Annie and then to corporate. This escalation may now affect the employment of a worker with documented disabilities who, to my knowledge, did nothing wrong.
I am not primarily disappointed in Taco Bell as a company because corporate may not yet know the full scope of what happened. I am deeply disappointed in Landon and Annie, who, as managers, should have communicated directly, gathered accurate information, and avoided circulating false or misleading statements about a longtime customer.
I have never experienced problems like this at another Taco Bell location. My family, friends, and I will no longer do business at the Lake Stevens location. That is unfortunate because many employees there work hard and care about serving the community. My concerns involve current management, employee treatment, food safety, harassment complaints, and other issues I believe have repeatedly gone unaddressed.
Additional information, including video documentation and concerns documented over the past five years, will soon be made available for public review.
