Seems like they’ve tripled the amount of those display stands in the isles and at the end of isles, it’s very hard to get anywhere without bumping something, especially if my child is trying to walk next to the cart. - CWCharzette WagnerSep 8, 20261.0I ordered for pickup for the first time at this location in July. While waiting in the parking lot, I got a notification on the app saying my order was picked up. I immediately contacted chat and said I did not, in fact, get my order. Chat said they would refund the order, so I went in to buy groceries. Well, the request for refund was denied. When I called help, they said the store denied the request and I'd need to talk to them. I called the store and they said they'd refund it. 2 weeks later I notice it was not refunded. I called again and someone said they'd talk to the store manager and get back to me. That was over a week ago and I have not been contacted again. It's insane that I was charged $190, my groceries given to someone else, and then spend another $200 in the store since I had no food. Now it's 2 months later and I could really use that $190 of food. Crazy how unhelpful this store has been. Update: Despite the response to my comment, my request for refund has again been denied. Absolutely ridiculous.
