  Sadly I just made my last delivery order. My order was picked up and then driven to a nearby IHOP where it sat while an IHOP order was picked up, my pie was then driven to the IHOP delivery and after that I received a cold pie. I live close by and tip well but can't get a hot pie. I did get a refund.

  Staff were very police and upbeat even when keeping them open an extra 18 mins past closing due to our last minute order. Really appreciate good service and I also appreciate seeing the staff enjoying their time at work.

  Bought 3 pizzas and Brownies, pizzas came without any flavor, beef test very bad, no garlic granules, no flavor, brownies was sticky to the foil pan, totally very bad experience, I would not go to Pizza Hut anymore, totally ruined and wasted my money.

  This location is not consistent. Sometimes, if you order a pizza, it seems okay but, more than once it's been overbaked, yet my family still enjoyed it and didn't complain. most recently tho, we brought a pizza home to find the pizza with/3 slices with no toppings at all, We phoned and asked if they would just do a refund. The young lady on the phone said she's very busy.Processing several refunds and would get to it When she can. The refund never came. .So I checked with her several days later , and she said, please call your bank and find out what they see , because we completed the refund on our side. I said no problem, I spoke with a senior banker.They did not see the refund there at all over a 12 day period. I phoned back to the same young lady at Pizza Hut. I let her know what they said. And she argued with me, and said, well, we did our part on our side. And so I asked her if she would like the name of the banker. So she could give them a call, and she said, we'll get to it when we can . And she hung up, So disappointing to see managers, acting this way and training the young people there treat people this way. We will not be pursuing trying to receive our refund. But we will also not be returning there for our pizza day for the family
