The young lady, who stated that she was the manager, was rude from the moment we walked in until the moment we left without making any purchases. I was having issues with online ordering including one of their deals and when I asked if she could help me she stated in a snide tone, "I don't have that coupon. I don't know anything about the app." I asked, "Is there anything you can do to help me?" And she replied, "I can take your order. That's it." It wasn't what she was saying as much as her body language and tone of voice that was incredibly off-putting. My companion, next to me, stated "I put in an order under the name of xxxx." And she retorted, "Good for you" in a condescending and dismissive tone. I was so shocked at her rudeness that I left without ordering amd went elsewhere. I imagine that working with the public can be frustrating. At the same time, when a customer is polite and asking for assistance, don't take your bad mood out on them. Go in to another line of work.
