  Every time I’ve eaten here there have been issues. Either the food isn’t fresh or the order is wrong. Sick of it. Not to mention the dining area always being a mess.

  I would like to start off by saying I always use the app to place an order but today I decided to come in with friends. We decided to get three bowls in total and to make it easy for the server we got them all exactly the same with the only difference that for one we asked for the salsa to be put on the side. The first server that helped us was nice but then a male server came to help (Alex) and was rude. Since the moment he started to “help” us we notice he had an attitude. Anything we pointed at and asked for to be in our bowl was a rude response or with an attitude. He made faces and would raise his eyebrows. Really bad customer service on Alex’s part.

  Pets DO NOT BELONG IN RESTAURANTS!!! Walking in and seeing a very furry shedding Aussie thats clearly not a service animal near the food is not sanitary and not compliant with the health department. The 1 star would be zero if I could. Customer service was horrible, you cant even finish ordering before the employees cut you off going "IS THAT ALL" and they literally were skimping everything and had almost nothing left and were even completely out of lettuce. This is my second time coming to this location as its a 20 minute drive out of my way each way to come here. Between shitty food at full price even when they dont have everything avaliable, rude customer service and the dog in the restaurant management needs to seriously do something or be there on busy Friday nights when it looked like all high school students working.

  The workers are so messy, whole table covered in food, the girl helping us opened my bowl and spilled half my $2+ guac and left lettuce covered in other stuff hanging out of the bowl. When putting them in the bag they are so careless as well.
