- ASAndrew Sorensen2 days ago1.0Waited 20 mins past the estimated ready time for my mobile order after checking in with staff. Turns out it was sitting by the drive thru on a shelf. The "mobile order pickup" shelves are filled with empty catering boxes instead of being used for their intended purpose. Infuriating.

Dirty soda machines and area where you get silverware. Register area dirty. Clean the place up! It was so gross. Food was okay not super warm but at least filling. Hard to eat somewhere so dirty though.

Honestly the most food I’ve ever gotten at chipotle it was amazingly full. The workers were defs faded and laughing to each other which I think they should continue doing since they gave me so much food. Would recommend!

After arriving at he the time and then waiting an additional 10 mins in line, the person at the window said their system was down and they would have to take our order right now. They basically couldn’t write down a two burrito bowl order properly, so I ended up explaining my order 7 times. It was extremely frustrating. I guess as no surprise, the order we received was wrong with two identical burrito bowls even though they should have been very different. Lastly, the portions for the burrito bowl were bizarre. It was as if they put double rice and corn salsa and way less steak than a standard portion. Overall really bad experience.
