- JMJennifer McGuireJul 1, 20263.0I shopped here only for the convenience after the gym if I needed something in a pinch, but most staff are rude, or don't know where stuff is (if they are new, I get that). Went shopping there yesterday and asked one of the workers a simple question about a deal that was going on in the meat department. The guy was rude and walked away while answering my question. Last time I complained about staff ignoring customers (a whole different situation), the lead manager on shift was really rude like it was normal for staff to act like that and I should just deal with it. That was the gist I got. Most staff act like they don't even want to be there, but think they are high and mighty. They should do a whole rehire thing with staff and keep the ones that actually care about their job. I'm not shopping here anymore since customer presence is so bothersome to most of the staff. I did win on a lottery scratch ticket in there though, so there is that. I'll just head a little further down to the Kenmore Safeway as that store has staff that are awesome and they have fresher food anyway.
