  The customer service was very good. There was a gentleman working the front counter today at around 2 PM who was very prompt with getting drinks and the food came up quick. He seemed like he was keeping an eye on the lobby and also had a great attitude. Also the food was hot and good. I don’t expect much from fast food joints and really appreciated the good service.

  Normally I have good experiences ordering on the app at this Taco Bell. Part of my order included an iced coffee. When I tried to hand it back, the worker said they made black iced coffee because I didn’t order an add on of creamer. Here is a screenshot of the only iced coffee on the menu for this location. There is no available add ons for creamer, only for sugar and sweetener packets. And there is no other listing suggesting a flavored iced coffee in the app. The worker compromised by giving me a couple pumps of vanilla creamer into a small cup so I could add to my drink, which I settled with as a fair compromise. Double checking, it is the same for the hot coffee. There is only 1 listing for hot coffee, no separate listings for flavored hot coffee, and no selections for add-on creamer. So how exactly is a customer supposed to order a coffee with creamer on the app?

  The staff was all really nice but one of my burritos was cold. The five layer burrito that I got with the promotion was really really good though and my husband really really likes it for some reason And we have a Chihuahua wiener dog and he always comes in to be there at mascot they get a kick out of it
