  If I could rate this location a 10 I would! We always get exactly what we order, food is always fresh and hot, and the service is always excellent! What REALLY makes this place so special is the lady who packed our Luxe Boxes tonight, you can tell she absolutely loves what she does and I hope she is working every time we come through! She took the extra step to connect with the customers and I'm glad I got to say thank you over the phone to her! (I believe her name was Akita? But my phone was very fuzzy during the call so I do apologize for most likely hearing that wrong!) Anyways, we will always choose this location, and I hope the staff tonight gets well deserved recognition from those higher up, specifically the lady who drew the cats on our Boxes :) THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH!!

  After a long day at work, I didn't feel like cooking and my child said it was Taco Tuesday so we went to our local Taco Bell. I didn't know what I wanted, so I didn't want to hold up the drive-through line while I stared at the menu board into abyss, so we went inside instead. I was not feeling the auto-order machine and don't have the TB rewards app or a code and got frustrated with the self-ordering kiosk that seems to be the popular way for customers to place orders now. Insert Jasmine. What an exceptional employee! She was so patient, kind and accommodating! She was all smiles and friendly, eager to help us and take our order. The food was prepared quickly and I was out before the last car I would have been behind had I went through the drive-through line. I looked for the survey option that used to be on the receipt, but it only advertises the rewards program. I called and offered a KUDOS to the manager on shift for her, but I think he was just a shift lead and didn't seem that interested in the compliment, so I decided to leave a Google review because Jasmine deserves a shout-out for being such a rockstar and helping this tired, stressed out mama feed her family tonight! Thank you so much, you're awesome and keep up the great work! You are acknowledged and very much ppreciated more than you know!

  Please pass this on to corporate leadership! Let me start by saying I love Taco Bell's food and pricing. Nevertheless I am not going back. The big problem is the round of interrogation one must endure to order in the drive through. I'm sick of being interrupted every couple of seconds with "do you want extra beef? Do you want extra sour cream? Do you want classic or spicy?" Now let me make it clear: I DO NOT blame the store employees for this. I understand that the order came down from upper management, a decision made by ivory tower folks who have never had to work with customers directly. So please, corporate leaders, please stop the questioning! All customers want is their food and they shouldn't have to suffer through the Torquemada treatment to get it.
