  The fries and tots tasted toxic. They were soft and clumped together and had a metallic taste to them. I also ordered my breakfast burrito with no sausage, and it came with sausage so basically was inedible.

  The girl was kind of rude and even after my husband reiterated about his meal, he still recieved it wrong

  Went in to get shakes and a meal with my mother. When we pulled up to the window, there was no one behind us and we had two orders. We only got cashed out for one, had to wait a few minutes before finally tapping on the window to let her know we had a second order. We then tried to pay with my card on my phone and the cashier tried to take my phone entirely, to which we said “don’t you have tap to pay?” And then she brought out the tap device. After that, we watched the same employee make our milkshakes and didn’t use gloves or tongs to put the cherries in the shakes. When asked to speak with a manager, the manager said “she did use tongs” despite both my mother and I watching her not use the tongs. Lastly, I had said twice for my burger that I wanted no tomatoes, it was printed on the receipt that there was no tomatoes, and by the time I got home to eat my burger, there were tomatoes in the burger. Both employee and manager were rude. I’ve worked in fast food and food service in general for several years, and this behavior is absolutely appalling.
