  The amaerican drive in the only thing I miss is the old Styrofoam cups they kept your drinks shakes frozen so much better

  We ordered two drinks from the drive-in stall. The employee on the intercom was super unfriendly, and when we finished ordering, it changed to a payment screen with not even a thank you or any follow up. After about five minutes I hit the call button to check on the order and was basically barked at, and told they’re busy and short handed. I have no issue with that and understand, but when there’s absolutely no further dialogue after I order, even as simple as “it may be a few minutes, we’re short handed, etc.” that’s where I get annoyed. It’s literally that easy. They brought the drinks with an attitude and walked off. If you’re busy, say something. Don’t take your rough night out on people.

  I called this store multiple times to cancel an order and they never picked up. Literally never going to a sonic again because of this and how thier online ordering is set up. What a waste of money.

  Doctor only approved me drinking water so I purchased a cup of ice $0 .76 the machine water taste moldy to me. Class on cleaning it should be done often. So I is my only purchase. When expressing it management says they just cleaned it personally. That's all I got at this time.
