Called and worker just said they don't use metal with their orange juice and wasn't any help. Will not be going back to this mcdonalds very disgusting and I strongly suggest not eating here they obviously don't have a sanitary establishment.
- SGSif GoldenhairMay 5, 20262.0I go through to order dinner and they forget a sandwich and a sauce for the first time so I go back and they replace the sandwich don't even care about the sauce, but they give me the wrong sandwich the second time so I called to try and let them know about their mistakes again . They have horrible customer service skills and obviously don't care about returning customers. No compensation mentioned at all about having to come back twice wasting my tank of gold. Get it right . That crew or that shift needs to return back to training videos on how to treat customers properly . I and I go to this location alot . The only good thing I got to say is, the food i did get was fresh and hot .

A manager is there to help support their team, not belittle them when they make a small error, which ended up not even being an error.
- KNKatie NicoleApr 9, 20261.0The owner of this Mcdonalds is an egomaniac who uses phrases like "I don't have a horse in the race, I own the race", and spent the whole time I was trying to talk to him about his employees aggressive behavior talking down to me. I would recommend going to literally any other McDonalds in the area. Besides the godawful employees and owner, this McDonalds regularly smells like sewage. Like, the entire store. Oh, and their parking lot sucks.
