If I could rate this store I would rate it similar to how I would rate getting kicked in a tender spot. Every time I go I wait 20 minute before th order. 5 minutes at the order. And 30 minutes to the 2nd window. I told them and they said “yeah, I know”. If you go here make sure you schedule a therapy session so that when you finally get your food you can manage th boiling anger inside you.

Ordered a Filet O Fish Meal but didn’t want the drink. Girl at the window told me they can’t separate the drink so I had to pay for them separately. Waited 10 minutes for the sandwich and fries. Spent the night with stomach pains and end it up sitting on the pot for hours from what I can say was food poisoning. It was the only thing that I ate yesterday

After arriving, and ordering food it took over thirty minutes to receive my meal. It wasnt that busy and the bag that was handed to me was messy in the caramel, frappe that I had ordered had caramel all over the outside of it like it was carelessly drizzled over the top instead of in the cup. The food not to mention was also cold.

Worst customer service here. The staff is really good at ignoring customers in the lobby here. Dont order inside the store unless you dont mind a long wait. I was served burnt chicken nuggets. When I asked for a meal replacement the staff said they were not burnt just cooked in old oil. Gross! I will never order from here again

I was in for a quick pick up, I ordered at the kiosk, and while I was waiting I noticed a couple struggling to order. I realized they were a nonverbal couple and that the man had
Typed his order up in his phone, for the hostess to read. She kept telling him to hold on, not even trying to understand what he was trying to show her, then just told him he needed a code. Which I’m fairly certain you can order with out the app at both the counter and kiosk. The hostess was extremely impatient with these nice people. So I intervened and took them to the kiosk and ordered for them under my code. The hostess followed me over to the kiosk with them and thanked me, however I was pretty disappointed with how the couple was treated.
I probably won’t be back, these people were just trying to order and if the hostess would have just simply shown some patience and looked at what the gentleman was trying to show her they could have been in their way instead of wearing her frustrated emotions on her face and making these people feel like a burden.
