  Today this store was very busy so I give them Grace. This is the 1st time that my order was wrong. I got a toasted roast beef. I asked for extra pickles & peppers, no mayo. When I got it home for lunch it was sopping with mayo with no pickles or peppers. Like I said it was busy. I haven't given up on JJ's, it's still pretty darn good 😌 just a little disappointed today.

  My husband was working this afternoon and ordered a sandwhich that never got delivered. I called the store on his behalf to check on the status and they were extremely rude. The first guy claimed he couldnt find the order at all, even told me they hadnt received any orders online all day. I gave the confirmation number, confirmed store address. He couldn't find it. Claims he doesn't know what i'm talking about. General manager comes on and is able, suddenly, to find the order. She checked in with her driver who said he delivered it. My husband still has no sandwhich. This store has successfully delivered to him several times before in the last few weeks, so either it got delivered to the wrong person due to a negligency to read delivery instructions or someone at this store is not being truthful. They agreed to refund the sandwich, but were not apologetic and the initial attempt to play dumb and act like they had no orders was unprofessional to a disgraceful degree. Do better.

  Placed an order for my lunch break at satina manufacturing placed order at 1150 its now 1235 lunch is over and still have no sandwich lol freaky fast? Sure
