  I ordered a drink for my son, mother, and I. I placed my order listing each drink and stating "all drinks large". The lady that took my order read each drink back to me stating all drinks as medium. My mother told me she is okay with a medium. So I corrected her "my son and my drinks need to be large" telling her which drinks need to be large. A different woman made the drinks. She admitted that she accidentally made my mother's drink a large and made mine a small. I told her the order is wrong my drink is supposed be large and her response was "well you got two large and one small so you you got what you ordered" I said "no, my drink is wrong and I paid almost $50 for three drinks and mine is smaller than I ordered. She responded "you basically got what you ordered" She did not even offer an apology or show that she cared in any way and claimed she made them according to what she was told on the receipt. Which is a lie because she made my mother's drink larger than it should have been. Worst customer service. Not worth the money

  Extremely slow service. 15-20 minutes to prepare a drink. Only one person actually prepping orders, including mobile/online orders. This was on a nearly empty lobby. 2 people working when I entered, another started while I was waiting. The gentleman who stated "he had been working there a long time" offered no help.
