  Had a bad experience with the other dutch bros and didn't want to wait in the long lines to fight the issue i had with them so went to this dutch bros and they made up to me! Really lovely time as well!

  I went into your store on Martin Way East in Lacey , WA yesterday, Monday, June 22, 2026. I came out all the way from Rainier. I ordered five drinks, the total came to $38 plus a five dollar tip so I paid over $40. One of the drinks I ordered which is shown in the picture was a cold caramelizer with no ice. As you can see the picture it’s half a drink. I think it’s ridiculous that you’re gonna give me half a drink when I pay for a full drink, just because I didn’t order ice in it. Not to mention the drink was not cold at all, it was very warm. It’s ridiculous and then instead of getting regular straws I got all Boba straws. I would’ve said something, however, the line was long and the person behind me had already been waiting forever. I will never go back to that location. I will continue to go to the location where I know which is the one off of Marvin Road over by the grocery outlet. I did complain in the app. I’m waiting to hear from them, but this is ridiculous. I’m updating my review. I wish I could give it no stars on that stand because if you look at the second picture that I posted I got a comment from the owner telling me to contact Dutch Bros company. I did they gave me no explanation to why I got half a drink all they sent me was a list of how they make their drinks no explanation to why I got half a drink.This is ridiculous. You guys don’t seem to care about customer service. It’s very very frustrating. And then I was told I would receive a free drink in my app and I never did so bravo big golf clap to all y’all.

  Adam is an excellent person. He has superior customer service skills and is very patient. We requested Spanish latte that is not popular in the US. His response was: “ we have Latte”, but what would make it Spanish”?. Highly recommend this location!

  Why is it that I lose my insides after drinking coffee here? It’s almost like they dump a cap full of MiraLAX into the drink. Never drinking this filth again. Also, need some sort of management review because why did it take another 15 minutes AT THE WINDOW for them to make us two drinks?

  We were here last Friday night. Just flew in from AZ. And the two gals on shift Kiley and Tamera (sp). Absolutely wonderful and amazing. It was towards closing and there was 8 of us. TYSM gals. You 2 were awesome!! Coming there again!!
