  All these kids working there on a Saturday evening with the drive thru line 10 deep and no sign of slowing down are simply ROCK STARS! They have service with a smile and I hope they get recognized by their manager for great customer service!

  My daughter enjoyed her blizzard….however…when she went in to get one yesterday because the line was so long…the staff was openly not happy to be there and cussing up a storm. Professionalism clearly has went out the door here 🤦‍♀️🥴

  Jimmy porter As I was ordering my food, I looked towards the grill and see this man working hard and efficient to get burgers out, for all the customers. He seemed happy, and upbeat to be doing his job to the best of his ability! This made my experience great, i will be coming back to this dairy queen, because of how happy the staff seems!!!

  I recently visited this Dairy Queen location to pick up a DoorDash order, and the experience left a negative impression. While waiting, I noticed an employee already having an unwelcoming angry look to him (a man with brown curly hair) speaking rudely to coworkers, telling them to “go away” even though they did not appear to be doing anything wrong. This behavior felt unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere in the store. As someone with experience in the fast food industry, I found this disappointing and not reflective of a respectful work environment. Aside from this interaction, the rest of the visit was great. The more I think about this, the more upset I get as I would hate my teens to work with such a disrespectful young man. Hopefully this reaches the manager and something will be done to put this young man in line.
