Thankfully, another customer‑service agent helped us and successfully re‑processed the coupons. Very inconsistent service experience.

The bakery didn’t have enough vanilla cake for the size of our order, and due to allergies, we couldn’t choose another flavor. Samira knew there would be a delivery the following day, but there was a chance it wouldn’t make it in time. She went above and beyond, working with me to create a plan A and B to ensure we’d have something good either way. Luckily, it came in time for Plan A! Samira made us a wonderful cake, and my family loved it. Thank you so much, Samira! You were truly my hero that day, and I can’t express how grateful I am for all your help.
