- TPTed PaleenyJun 20, 20262.0This Safeway has become increasingly frustrating to shop at. There is almost never more than one staffed checkout lane open, regardless of how busy the store is. Customers are routinely pushed toward self-checkout, but the machines constantly stop and request employee assistance when nothing is actually wrong. What should be a quick transaction becomes a repetitive and unnecessarily slow process. The shopping carts are in rough shape. Many have wheels that don't spin properly or don't even make full contact with the ground, making them difficult to push through the store. Prices are also extremely high, even compared to other grocery stores in the area. Amy's frozen meals are a good example, often costing significantly more than competing retailers. If you're planning to purchase alcohol, be prepared to wait. It can easily take 10 minutes or more to get age verification or assistance. Because of that, I would strongly advise against placing Instacart orders that include alcohol from this location unless you enjoy delays. Overall, the store feels understaffed, poorly maintained, and overpriced. ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) would fit the tone pretty well.

They started to use digital price tags which can change at any time and is a red flag that they may use discriminatory pricing tactics to raise the cost of items. That was the final straw.

We ordered a veggie tray, Pokémon cupcakes, and had Pokémon balloons filled and everything was absolutely fantastic. The veggie tray was fresh, beautifully prepared, and perfect for our guests. The Pokémon cupcakes were such a hit with the kids (and adults!) adorable, delicious, and exactly what we were hoping for. And the balloons turned out great and added the perfect touch to the party. What stood out most was the customer service. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made the process so easy during the chaos of party planning. It’s clear they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Thank you for helping make my son’s birthday extra memorable. We’ll definitely be back for future celebrations! 🎈🎉💛
