  This place screws up my order every single time. If you want a surprise meal.... come here, because you are not going to get what you asked for.

  So just went in with my daughter and myself for lunch, have to say food was ok but service with smile at this location is non existent, used the self kios didn't print a receipt so went to counter ask about getting this tall kid with glasses tried to speed talk about its long receipt then walked away, I had to ask 3 separate times to ask him to slow down so I can understand him and top of that he acted like it was a big inconvenience to get it, acting really rude and had apparently a manger guy heavy set red hair just looked over at me and gave me a smug look and didn't even say anything like even anything, seriously completely rude customer service at this location I don't even know if they train people to smile say hi or anything.. Just if you order something its what do you want! Omg seriously.. im sure this review will go unheard from the owners since they only respond to reviews with a automated message and website!

  Extremely absurd service. It was happened leisurely lobby round 2:30pm. The lady in a gray uniform with a safety vest who indifferently replied that the package had been picked up, no fault with her. The order was one hour overdue within three drivers replaced that eventually lost it. It was not the first time, but definitely the last time order from this branch where the worst place encountered in particular zip code.

  I recently visited your location and was appalled by the service—or lack thereof. After waiting 10 minutes at curbside spot #7 with no delivery, I attempted to collect my order at the drive-thru. The employee involved demonstrated not only a failure in operational efficiency but a complete lack of basic human decency. When I expressed my concerns, he chose to ignore me and abruptly closed the window. In any service industry, respect is the bare minimum. As a professional myself, I understand the pressures of work, but I would never compromise my company's reputation through such unprofessional conduct. The goal was simple: to solve a minor logistical error. Instead, your staff turned it into a hostile experience. My order was under the name Yana Liu. I am confident that your internal and external camera footage will confirm the validity of my complaint. I trust you will take the necessary steps to ensure your team understands that customers have choices, and respect is non-negotiable.

  We really enjoyed our visit to McDonald’s! Everything was tasty, clean, and fast — the service was excellent. It was especially nice to receive a complimentary ice cream 🍦 — such a small gesture, but it made our day even better. We’ll definitely be back!
