  I ordered 2 sandwich combos. It took 50 minutes to deliver. I called twice, the first time I was told the driver was lost. The second time the manager told me they were down 2 delivery drivers and doing the best they could. No apology. The food got here, one sandwich is more bread than anything and the other is completely inedible. Something is very wrong with the meat. I called again and now they aren’t answering. Pick any other Jimmy John’s. This one is terrible.

  very rude worker, I came to sqm to order a sandwich at 8:45 I gave her 50$ she said she can't accept money in that amount I went to the car and took a 20$ bill when I came back in a few minutes she told me that they packed the bread so she can't serve me when I was leaving I saw her laughing. Anyone who reads these comments I want to say to bypass this place and save your money I can get much better service

  I've gone to this location several times and they never get my order correct. The staff can be very hit or miss some are friendly but others not so much. Out of all the jimmy johns I've went to this particular one seems to struggle with order accuracy the most.

  I placed a delivery order for two sandwiches, but only one was delivered. When I called to let them know, there was no apology and I was told it would take a while to bring the missing sandwich because their driver had six other orders ahead of mine. After waiting over an hour with no update, I called again. They didn’t answer until my third attempt, which was from a different number. At that point, I was told they had actually run out of bread and wouldn’t be able to deliver the second sandwich after all. I was also told they were too busy cleaning in the back to call and inform me. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely frustrating. This was unacceptable customer service and I will not be returning to this location.
