  Ordered a cheese sandwich for my child, and it came as just plain bread with cold cheese($9). When we asked if it could be warmed, we were told they don’t warm the sandwiches. My first time experiencing a restaurant refusing to warm a simple cheese sandwich. Edited- I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that every business has its own policies and ways of operating. However, after reading the other reviews, I felt it was worth sharing my experience as well. The staff today came across as cold and not particularly customer-friendly. One interaction even felt borderline rude, which was disappointing given that my young children were experiencing it as well.

  Went here to buy my youngest a sandwich after my kids finished up cooking camp next door at sur la table. Went inside and put items in trash and was asked by an abrasive older woman why I was putting trash in their garbage can, I told her I was putting trash in and she said it was only for jimmy John’s and was extremely rude, awful customer service. Needless to say I left without buying a sandwich. People really need to learn customer service when they work in businesses like this.

  Ordered a Bootlegger Club sandwich $11.25 before tax (roast beef and turkey sandwich). Only one slice each of beef and turkey as meat. Very disappointed.

  Horrible customer service here. I came in to order my free sandwich for joining the app and none of the three were willing to even give me second look to help me as it wasn't clear what I could order. They just wanted to tell me it's not their app so they didn't know and walked away quickly and left me just standing there confused... worthless employees, all 3 of them. 2 ladies and a kid. Friday morning shift I assume.
