  Horrid customer service. Hostile owner. Would give 0 stars. Still hungry. Attempted to redeem a birthday “free sandwich and pickle” and was prompted in the app to make separate orders for multiple rewards redemptions. Was met with immediate confrontation upon entering the store and was told they were refusing to give me my food as ordered because it’s “store policy” despite making two separate successful orders… corporate greed knows no bounds When I showed them my app, I was met with 3 loud angry employees who asked me to come back the next day and was not even given my sandwich let alone pickle… all over a pickle 😂 Lost the rewards in my account and decided it was best to never visit the establishment again

  Rude and not helpful if you aren’t familiar with ordering here.. spend 20 dollars on a sandwich somewhere else

  Terrible customer service. Older lady in the front has a horrible attitude and attempted to argue.. clearly has zero common sense when it comes to customer service.. spare your time and money and go somewhere else. I didn't get her name but I sure hope she isn't the manager representing the store in such a poor manner.
