  I am writing to share a deeply stressful and bad experience I had at your restaurant today around 5pm. Because I have a cilantro allergy, my dining options are extremely limited, and ordering safely requires some extra communication. I want to give a massive shoutout to the first guy on the line who wears glasses. He did something great today; he was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful while assisting me with my restrictions. However, a second employee (the middle lady working the line) completely ruined the experience and made me feel stressed out. When reaching the toppings section, she rudely snapped at me that "everything has cilantro"—which is completely false, as standard items like sour cream , cheese do not. Then she sudden started saying double meat double meat whereas I clear told her I order a chicken burrito and never said anything regarding double meat . She then starting weighing the burrito by her HAND and then again began repeatedly shouting "double double" loudly over my food, and proceeded to scold the polite male employee right in front of me for simply doing his job well. She told the cashier to charge me double meat! Thankfully, the girl working at the cashier was brave and fantastic. She was understanding, kind, and made sure I wasn't charged extra for the middle employee's confusion. Kudos to her for standing up against such hostile coworker !! The middle employee's hostile, disrespectful attitude and careless handling of food allergies completely ruined my visit and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and sad. Management please address her behavior. She bullied me today and has an extremely bad attitude and also unnecessary scolded another employee.

  Chipotle is good in general but this location is constantly problematic. Unfortunately it's convenient for our family so we stop here but they're frequently late and often mess up our order by leaving things out. It's been an ordeal with little kids crying for not receiving part of their menu. We've given feedback to corporate but they don't seem to improve this location. Recommend skipping this location for any other one.

  Raised my concern in poor packing and handling of to go food The person who was packing , She was holding kids meal with one hand from middle of the box and box was upside down to slide into ToGo box ,kids meal was open there was no small lid provided to close properly, when she picked from middle of the box , it was open from one side fully which spilled my food Very unprofessional way of handling and providing the food the customer who is paying for that meal , that portion there was no sorry for that ,she justifying that only few chicken pieces has fallen . So she did admit wrong handling but no sorry .

  My son insisted on having Chipotle rice for a party. I tried on line as well as phoning the store to place an order for a large portion of rice. Not an option. Went to the store, was greeted by a very nice woman who was more than happy to get the rice for me. She was unsure of how to ring the order and another very helpful employee told her to ask a person which I later found was the manager. Rather than asking any questions of me, he took the time to verbally chastise and embarrass me infront of several customers, by telling me they have online catering orders that must be placed 24 hrs in advance and it was not 24hrs in advance, etc. When I finally got a word in, I calmly explained everything I had done to order. He the huffed over to the register and rang up the order, I asked him why he was being so rude to me, he responded that he didnt know I had tried to order it. I then asked if I could order a cold drink to go, after questioning me a couple of times, he then told me the ice machine was broken, I told him no thank you, he then walked off in a huff. I asked the woman what his name was and she stated he was the manger and this is the way he is. I felt sorry for the employees that are trying their best to give good service if this is how their manager is. We are a family that travels alot for sports eating at Chipotle frequently. I have to say its sad that my local chipolte is one of the worst I have ever come across. The location is what keeps this store afloat, not the repressive managers, the ever changing employees and the dirty dining room. Corporate needs to step in on this one. No one should have to work for a manger that snaps at customers or employees like he does. I went in at 3:15, not dinner or lunch rush.

  Went to get a bogo deal for being a student where the site states that you can wear any school attire, I wore my college’s socks and they said I “HAD” to wear a shirt and that if they made an exception for me they would have to make an exception for everyone?! They don’t even understand how the deal works and were trying to tell me how it works without that basic knowledge. The food was already made when this happened at the register and instead of getting the food and me paying for one and getting the other for free (because of the bogo deal), I paid for none, got nothing, and they just threw away the food?! How stingy can you be even when I explained the premise of the deal and showed them the text!!! Absolutely awful service, I hope the ignorant woman at the register is fired. There was more that went wrong in the process of making the food like putting the rice on last instead of just waiting, but I won’t even get into that. What a waste of a trip for lunch off work.
