  The half asian half white female employee in her 20’s is always rude and hates every person that comes in. When you tell her you want salsa or guac, she makes it seem like the biggest burden for herself. Horrible employee for any business to have her. This has been all 10 of 10 times i’ve gone here and she’s working.

  Came in today and there was a complete mix up and the employee handed me the wrong order for online pickup. Her attitude was nasty and so rude. She told me it wasn’t her fault and I should have looked at the label before leaving Mind you i went all the way home before i noticed it was wrong and had to drive all the way back. When i asked if she could re make it when i came back she said i could go over to the in person line and she had an attitude even though she didn’t have any orders. she was short with clear glasses and curly hair. Her attitude was just rotten. I have had bad encounters here before where she was just ignoring customers when they asked for something. She yelled one second and ignored me for 5 minutes before she proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not reading the name on the bag SHE gave me.

  The staff here are extremely unprofessional and rude. I do not have very high expectations and understand it can be tough when it’s busy. But all the staff, including managers, are rude. I never put up Google reviews but this place had continuously given horrible service for months. I’d rather go to a different location but this one’s the closest to me unfortunately. Please do something about the staff. They all look like they hate their jobs.

  OMG!! The King County Health Inspector needs to visit this NASTY DIRTY FILTHY DISGUSTING place! Garbage all over the floor, left on tables and garbage cans overflowing indoors and outdoors. Great to attract cockroaches and mice. Old spilt food and sauce smudges all over tables and floors leaving ripe conditions to bread bacteria. Employees clearly don't care and unhappy. If this is what it's like in the front of the restaurant, just think what it's like in the back of the restaurant in the kitchen!!!!! On the bright side - a great candidate for chef Ramsay's kitchen nightmares! Don't go in the walk-in refrigerator! Just saying.

  I’ve always enjoyed chipotle but I was not impressed with our experience tonight. The staff were clearly having some internal dispute of some sort. They were being rude to each other, rolling eyes and cussing at each other and walking outside abruptly, and sarcastically smiling at customers when they said hi. I really don’t usually write negative reviews but I was kinda shocked by the behavior I was seeing. Additionally, when I asked for a water cup, they told me they were out. I asked if I could use a regular cup for water instead, and they said that they were almost out of those too and needed to save them for if someone “actually pays for a drink”, which makes sense, but clearly they need to do a better job keeping things stocked. Cups don’t go bad at the end of the night
