  I normally come here and notice it’s never properly staffed. it seems the worst at night often just 2 people for the main one for the register who’s also doing the online orders. and it’s always a long line. they should be more prepared with staff if they want to keep customers. I got a wrong order when my wife and i ordered online at 11:45am on 5/15 couldn’t come back until late in the evening but i called and a female manager answered and was kind and told me they’d be happy or remake it if we came in. when i got thereThere was a manager tall with a black bun that was doing her best to pump out 20 orders by herself. the shelf was overflowing and the whole restaurant had less that 5 people. during peak summer season. she made my order promptly even and gave me a refund and was nice but the people are clearly struggling. There’s a girl with short curly hair pigtails and clear glasses who was just absolutely rude to me and other customers. She was yelling at the other staff and sweared at them and was yelling about wanting to leave early when they were busy not what you want at a family restaurant with your wife and kid. Upper management needs more staffing especially at night cause this location is barely hanging on.

  The stars are for the people, not the corporation... Understaffed location. Watched employee walk off, after being forced to stay late. Their coworkers, took the loss like a champ & got right back to it. Perfect burrito

  The management and coordination need improvement. I ordered two bowls in-store and, when I got to the cashier, one of the bowls was accidentally left out of the bag. Unfortunately, I only realized this after arriving home. The staff appeared overworked, and the overall customer service experience felt disorganized and unfriendly.

  I ordered through Uber Eats and the portion is really tiny, please see picture I took before I eat. Not even half bowl, with a hole in my half bowl. Looks like a leftover portion. Really bad and inconsistent experience.

  Ordered online, staff was rude at pickup, chipotle app said the food was ready and it wasn't, paid to have extra Barbacoa meat as well as my steak. I counted, I only had 9 small bites of steak in my whole salad and no barbacoa. There wasn't any queso which was also an extra I paid for, and it didn't include the vinaigrette either. It was so light when I pulled it out of the bag I knew immediately it was basically just lettuce and cheese. Very very disappointing.
