Morning laidy was great very polite but the guy next to her always has a stick up his ass. If I didnt have to deal with him would of been 5 stars. But he is the guy that hates his job and hates everyone he deals with.

My driver wasn't unloaded until 10:00 AM, and waiting forever for paperwork caused him to miss all three multi-drop deliveries. Now we're stuck dealing with a massive rescheduling headache and a multi-day delay before he can get loaded again. Management needs to step in and fix this.!!

My driver arrived at your facility at 4:00 AM for his 6:00 AM appointment, as scheduled on the rate confirmation. It is now 2:48 PM. Although he was unloaded over an hour ago, he is still waiting for the paperwork/Proof of Delivery (POD). I have repeatedly tried calling your office throughout the day, but no one has answered. I have also sent emails requesting assistance and have not received a response. This delay is unacceptable. My driver has now been held at the receiver for over 10 hours, causing him to miss valuable driving time and disrupting his scheduled backhaul. This has resulted in unnecessary delays and additional costs for our company.
