  The guy gave me my order wrong and later didn’t give me napkins for the hotdog that I ordered and disappointment on the hot dog. It’s not even called the hot dog.

  Prices are insane $12 for 2 small slushys???? This place needs to shut down food is always cold and just so plain,younger female workers are always rude

  Ordered delivery off of sonics website. Didn't receive half of my order. They use doordash. Doordash said contact the the restaurant. Called the restaurant they said not my problem. Will never order here again. just got ripped off for half of what I ordered. oh and what did show up is ice cold.

  If i could give negative stars i would, this place is ridiculous. On Sept 3rd,26 Pulled up to a stall at 8pm did not get help until 8:25pm after pushing the button over 5x for assistance as it timed out each time. Gave some grace because the drive thru was kinda busy. Finally after ordering i sat an waited until 8:42pm for my order. No one in the drive thru and customers that came after me got there order before mine. I wasnt acknowledged by staff that was walking in or out. Saw my order on the screen get put into the kitchen and then say it would be on its way. Waited another 5 mins after and still nothing. Employees use the drive up stalls as personal parking spaces. I was also standing outside next to my vehicle even thinking maybe it would get someones attention. Completely ignored and left without my order. THANK GOSH I chose to pay with cash because good luck getting a refund. MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE EVER!

  Sonic is the last of a dying breed of fast food places that offer a huge selection of drinks, with lots of customization. Any time I'm in the area, I try to swing by and get some!
