The employees and managers know me because I am constantly coming in and out throughout the day. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with a member of the Loss Prevention team today. He repeatedly followed me throughout the store, got uncomfortably close to my cart, and made me feel as though I was being treated with suspicion despite being a regular shopper. His behavior was obvious, intrusive, and came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. What was most frustrating is that I have previously pointed out individuals leaving the store with unpaid merchandise to security, only to see those concerns ignored. Meanwhile, legitimate shoppers and delivery drivers are being closely monitored and made to feel uncomfortable. I understand the importance of Loss Prevention, but there is a right way to do the job. Customers, including DoorDash shoppers who help bring business to the store, deserve to be treated with respect. This employee appears to be new and would benefit from additional training on customer service, professionalism, and how to interact appropriately with regular shoppers. Thank you for listening.

Again if the policy is for the lil guy at the door to search bags then he needs to be searching EVERY BAG!!!! because the next time I'm in that store and he decides that my bag is the bag that needs to be searched when he's only checking the receipt of everyone else your store and company will have a problem.
