- SVStephanie VC5 days ago1.0Heather in the pharmacy is awful. She treated me terrible when I told her I have disabilities and needed help accessing my RX and an OTC medication. She was condescending, rude, laughing at me because I couldn’t get my words out properly. When I asked for a manager at 4:50 on a Friday night, she proceeded to tell me there’s no Manager nor is there any supervisors at the store. I will be following up with corporate on that because I do believe that there has to at least be a supervisor in the store at all times. Between my sentences, I could hear Heather laughing and mocking me again while making fun of my disabilities of my speech impediment. I told her that I needed her to have patience and explain things a little clearly and she said she was too busy for Patient if I want patience, then I need to go to a hospital! This was definitely an opening experience and knowing that they can hire just anybody and that anybody there their staff is a lot to treat people with or without disabilities like pure crap.
