Not only did they very kindly explain the policy regarding Safeway gift cards being utilized at the Starbucks kiosk inside Safeway, but they also very generously not only gave me my coffee and my breakfast sandwich for free. The customer service here, was beyond what I've experienced in any other circumstance like it. I believe when people do nice things, and kind things, it's thoughtful to recognize it. I understand they have a lot of activities going on around the area, but I find it insulting that I've been going there for over 9 to 10 years + and still get followed as if I'm stealing. When I check out and put my stuff on belt of check stand I put it in order kinda how I want my stuff bagged. Fruit/Veggies, Meats, refrigerated stuff/frozen items, canned or household chemicals and they just throw whatever in the bags and then I have to repack it as I'm walking out. Almost Everytime. My bread gets smashed or my fruits get bruised. Maybe 1 or 2 polite employees morning service is way better than everything. It's convenient location with gas prices so high so I go there, but definitely use the App for better prices or you end up paying way more.
