Evidently, there is a $0.59 upcharge for a small unsweetened ice tea. I don't know how long they've been doing that, but the lack of transparency was shocking. I understand paying extra when I get a bottled OJ with breakfast, but unsweetened tea? Seriously? Also, my fries were cool at best. Everything else was fine. There is no doubt that I feel swindled. No matter how small the additional cost, the trust is gone. Very disappointing.
