  Their hours aren’t updated on Google or Apple, it says 24 hours when it is in fact not 24 hours.

  Anytime a McDonald's is closed they turn off the outside menu screens. Went to this one at 1:30am on 4/5 and the screens were still on. Went to the second window to tell someone they left them on and she held up a 1 finger. Closed at 1. Refused to talk just argued with her finger. Said you left your menu screens on and she shook her head no. Clearly didn't care and was extremely rude.

  They messed up my unsweet iced tea twice and argued with me for about 5-10 minutes about it. I explained it tasted sweet (it tasted like diluted sweet tea) and that i only drink Unsweet Tea. (They started making a new batch to fix it while still telling me im wrong and that its not sweet) and that I need to pay the difference of the replacement drink. My food ended up being cold at the end of this. I just wonder why the need to argue about tea you messed up instead of just replacing it and apologizing. Super unprofessional imma go to another mcdonalds that ain't gonna make it wrong then argue with me about it. Waste of money and time and to be treated like i dont know what im talking about 🤢🤮. Smh p.s girl drink some water or tea cause you must drink so much sugar to think that was unsweet 😅 even people with me tried it and said that definitely had sugar in it lol

  A solid McDonald's in Kent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The service was quick as well. There was a guy I saw helping people with working the self service kiosks that was doing a great job.
