Very rude lady you lost my business and I would never come here terrible service.

Both times I ordered later in the afternoon and both times the food was hot/fresh/on time. Their Siu Mai (烧卖), Sticky Rice in Lotus Wrap (糯米鸡), Fried Football (咸水角), Pan-Fried Radish Cake, and Ha Gao (虾饺) were all delicious, and flavored well. My husband picked them up, so I cannot review the atmosphere, but based on their online ordering portal and the care they took in packaging my order for pick-up, I can assume their overall service is outstanding. They had pre-cut cardboard inside the bottom of the plastic bag as a leveler to balance the take-out container, as this also prevents risk of food spillage and contents from tipping! Genius! I actually do this myself for my large reusable shopping bags that I learnt from my mother, this is the VERY first I've been serviced by a restaurant that did this, I am very much impressed! LUCKY HOUSE, you saved my husband from receiving an earful for always spilling food! 😅 I have yet to try their other dishes besides their dim-sum - just know I am now, a loyal customer. I do have a suggestion - please offer more choices for dim-sum on your online ordering! Thanks!
