  Their food is tasting worse each day...and anything to deny a deal or offering with "online only". It doesn't say anything like that on the menu online...If it is, it should say there. How hard is it to do anyway if you know about it?...and then you ask for a tip?...Here's a tip...know your business ! Stop rushing customers to wrap up a sandwich before knowing what we want !

  Update: Came back to try a ranch wrap. I got the side of bowtie pasta... for an extra dollar. You gotta be kidding me... the normally 3.99 bowtie pasta container is like ..nothing.. look at my photo. It wasn't even full. Lowered my score because the value is just not here for this price. Should have just got another Italian. You guys gotta reconfigure your sides because Im feelin a lil robbed. Guy at the window was nice though so nothing wrong with the employees. First time eating Jimmy John's. Asked what was popular. Jexa suggested the Italian, so I got it. It was pretty good! The bread was great. I just did the drive through so I can't say anything about the interior, but it was pretty quick. I hate that as a society we are at the $18 for a sub sandwich meal price point, but it is what it is I guess. The employee was nice. (and cute) the drive through area seemed clean, no critiques really. I might try another sandwich. I almost got a wrap. Maybe I'll try one next time. As a big ice muncher, Crushed ice is always a welcome sight 🙏

  I love Jimmy Johns in general but this one doesn't even have the lobby open. It literally has the doors locked. You can only get drive through sandwiches.

  My sandwich is always really good- made well and with fresh ingredients. I would say the staff can be somewhat rude and short at times— they are of a younger generation so maybe that’s why… This is why I rated service low. But I still go here because the sandwiches are really good!
