  Really wanted to like this place, tried it a couple times but just wasn't to my liking. The burrito definitely wasn't seasoned and for some strange reason the sauce is always in the bottom of burrito...! But my biggest problem is their drive through service.......! For some reason the person taking my order seemingly is always rushing me and In my opinion that's a deal braker in the world of fast food...! And when I finally arrival at the window I have to ask them to repeat my order and both times they have forgotten something....! As I said in the beginning I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately there won't be a third chance.....!

  Very clean establishment inside and out. Fresh ingredients and chicken tacos that are on another level. Convenient location and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for a better experience in 2026. Worth the drive from Port Orchard.

  So stoked to have an El Pollo Loco within traveling distance. It's not quite as good as So Cal, but it definitely hits the spot.

  lady wanted to sit there and argue with me about putting ranch in the bag saying that she double checked but there was no ranch even in there she should of triple checked!! who would lie about $1 ranch!!!

  Was my very 1st time eating El Polo Loco, my hispanic boyfriend always talked about it and I wanted to try it out. Initially the first Uber Eats driver never delivered it and stole the food (since the employees at Polo Loco said they had already handed it to the driver, but I never got the food delivered) then Uber had to contact the store to remake the food and deliver it to me. The employee I spoke with over the phone was very kind and understanding about the entire situation! Shoutout to her, excellent customer service! As for the food, it was pretty good! Everything was hot and fresh, tasted very healthy. The juices (strawberry) and (mango lime) were good but not much flavorful, I'm assuming because it is healthy so less sugar, but that's all good! They also gave a complimentary Flan for all the confusions, thank you! :)
