  Was coming back from work on the weekend. Had to make a pit stop in Kent. While I was in Kent, I notice that there was an El Pollo Loco . Haven't had it iin quite some time. Found another reason to stop in Kent.

  After a long day of driving.. this hit the spot !! .. I've tried in when I was in California.. it was good then and good now .. definitely going back .

  Went here for the 1st time today. Made an online order so it would be easier and quicker for pickup. The lady on the mic/at the window had 0 customer service skills. The coffee drinks we ordered were watered down, the BRC was basically rice with a sprinkle of cheese and beans, the burrito and enchilada plate was 0, the chicken was good but the beans and rice had 0 flavor. Definitely won't be back.

  Mala, mala experiencia , tenia grandes expectativas sobre el pollo y realmente quería disfrutarlo con mis hijos y mi sorpresa recibir un pollo seco , duro que se nota es pollo de dias atras .. como pueden vender un pollo asi no es regalado ni barato para que el personal te entregue con tanto descaro algo asi. @ELPOLLOLOCO NO GOOD 👎

  Comida nada que decir muy rica. Servicio amables ambiente un poco sucio, basura en el piso mesas sucias, yo estuve más de media hora comiendo y no ví a ningún miembro del personal barrer o limpiar mesas clientes limpiado sus mesas con servilletas. Porsierto la calificación en la puerta es (good )
