  I used to be able to could on consistently from this location and always order the same thing. Our last 2 orders had my thing crust very overcooked making only the center few pieces edible and our other pizza was wrong. We called to report the second time and were told we could reorder and it would be free and linked to our account. It wasn't and when we called we got looped around with AI for 20 minutes and were unable to talk to a person. We went to the location and they did not have a record of our bad order or complaint or a replacement for our previous order. It will be a while before I have the energy to deal with this again.

  Been trying to order online from this location for an hour and I keep getting internal error messages from their website. Try calling 3 times to only get a choppy AI voice ordering thing. Third call got someone in the store. They would not honor the online specials i would be able to use if their website worked. Ridiculous. I ordered from a different company, most likely be doing that from now on.

  Apparently doesn't take orders? Been trying for the last month to make an order via the app, the website, and doordash, all to no avail. What kind of pizza place refuses to take orders?!?!
