Our last 2 orders had my thing crust very overcooked making only the center few pieces edible and our other pizza was wrong. We called to report the second time and were told we could reorder and it would be free and linked to our account. It wasn't and when we called we got looped around with AI for 20 minutes and were unable to talk to a person. We went to the location and they did not have a record of our bad order or complaint or a replacement for our previous order. It will be a while before I have the energy to deal with this again.

Same pizza on one, my son's favorite pizza. I am forced to order a second pizza to meet their minimum delivery fee each time unfortunately. So 2 medium pizzas cost me almost $40. They messed up on both of the pizzas Again!!! If you try calling them you get an AI answering loop. Like last time I ordered (my order was wrong then too). If you go to the website and 'report an issue' they only give you a selection for 20% off entire order or a free medium 2 topping pizza. So for instance if you hasd ordered a large specialty pizza, your most going to get a free medium 2 topping. Which cost less than the large, so your still losing your money. If you have both wrong, still get an option for just the one free mediums pizza. So then your stuck paying for the other wrong pizza. Plus the last few times, they didnt even cut my pizzas, I had to take my pizza cutter out and do it myself. And they were cold like they were sitting on a shelf for half an hour before delivering and I live fairly close to them
