We ordered soup. Mac n cheese, drinks and we got no spoons. No straws. No napkins. We had to stop at Burger King down the road. For the amount of money we paid, I expected the person at the window to do a better job.

Izzy at the front was fantastic--super sweet, observant, and interacted professionally. When I ordered the kids meal, she even suggested having the kitchen cut up their apple "we do it if you'd like!" I was impressed and said "please" since I didn't trust myself cutting an apple while drafting behind a semi on US-395. So we were pretty disappointed as we opened our bag to start handing out sandwiches and it was noticed the apple was not cut and the pickles that were requested were MIA. Izzy: AMAZING job Kitchen: lacking on the follow through.
