- TBTroy BrodersApr 20, 20261.0Normally the best McDonald's in Tri Cities, almost ashamed to say I went to this location DAILY with no problems, for years.Then today I got the wrong drunk, went back thru the drive thru, and the female manager treated me like shit, got all mad, and had me go wait in a spot without even asking me what drink I needed or taking the old drink. I had to go flag down another employee delivering outside to get my drink. Even the employee acknowledged that was shitty how her manager just acted. I went from a daily customer, to never wanting to go back. I'd appreciate if the franchise owner contacted me.
