  Got my birthday sub and it looked like nothing was inside the sub, once I opened it. I had about 3 slices of turkey 3 tomatoes and a little bit of lettuce.. not asking for a stuffed sub just would prefer tasting some of those ingredients besides bread.. I included pictures to confirm.

  I g ot my sandwich with cheddar and toasted...never again!! Not the same sandwich. Should've left it with provolone. This was!!! Plus it was close to closing time but still. Not impressed with the service or the food!! This was my 2nd time here. The first time I got sick from the food. The turkey looked a little green but then I thought maybe it was my eyesight but NOPE!! Made me ill!! The kennewick one was awesome!! But they closed. Don't think I'll be back. Just continue to go to jersey Mike's

  This was such a frustrating experience. I placed my order online thru the app, usually takes about 15-20 minutes TOPS. I never got a notification that it was ready. After about an HOUR of waiting I go to the drive thru and for almost 5 minutes NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING ON THE INTERCOM. After 2 hellos i go to drive up to the window then a lady goes "oh im training how can I help you" I let her know I have an online order that was placed almost over an HOUR ago. She asks for my name I tell her she says "oh yeah, your orders ready" and doesnt say anything else. I get to the window NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING. I dont normally make reviews but this ridiculous especially bcos I have never had any problems here. Super disappointing for sure.

  The CLEANEST store o have ever been into, who ever does their inventory management clearly cares about the store, everything looked so neat and organized. Only critique is employees could smile a little more, overall food was amazing, fast and I left happy

  As a normally huge fan of Jimmy John’s, AND a former employee years ago, this is the worst Jimmy John’s location I’ve ever experienced. Slow service in store. Slow delivery service (farmed out to uber or doordash). 90+ minutes to get a delivery order for 3 miles away. Drive thru? Equally as bad if not more so. Calling the store gets you answers from the most unenthusiastic and apparently deeply confused workers. In store employees do not care about speed/quality of service. This isn’t a JJs. This is some version of a store that pretends to be a part of the once great food chain.
