If you walk up to the window, you are simply ignored. They prioritize the drive-thru and only serve you after all the cars are gone. I just wanted to get a chocolate milk for my kid, but after waiting a long time with no one serving me, I had to leave.

Its a drive thru drink place. They have pastries and a few breakfast things to eat. Very friendly employees.

I hate going to places like this, but I always like going to this dutch bros, they arent over the top trying to be your friend, but they are genuinely courteous and engaging, I appreciate the real interactions I have .

This particular Dutch Bros location is good for the most part. Most employees are friendly and greet you with a smile. They tend to rush you while you’re ordering which is not terrible (I know the line can get really long there) but some people don’t go to Dutch consistently. I don’t care for Dutch but I go here when my fave shop is closed. Also be sure to tell them your drink size or they automatically give you a 32 ounce. I don’t even like Dutch Bros I just go when I’m desperate so I def don’t want a big drink. The one time I had a not so great experience was when an employee didn’t count back my change after I paid with a $100 bill. I asked him to take his tip out of that money and of course take the money out to pay for my drink. Of course, he couldn’t count the change back so when I left there, I left with missing money.
