    i did not have a great experience while waiting for my drink last visit. while waiting i heard a barista using racist and homophobic slurs towards his coworkers while me and other customers were around. i did not get his name but he had small tattoos, on his forearm it was a mountain with roman numerals and some other lettering near his wrist. i definitely wont be returning to this location. which is a shame because the drink was fine but the atmosphere was toxic and uncomfortable.

    My girlfriend and I come here often. Sometimes we get great service from this stand from a few workers, but most of the time they suck. The Coffee is never right or my rebel is the wrong flavor. Then you get this manager Bailey who is always making rude comments when I ask for our drinks to be fixed. Never believes that they are wrong. She literally is the only one who is a constant issue. For a manager she is awful and has never been professional nor has she been kind. She raised her voice to my girlfriend when she politely asked to have her drink remade hence why I have decided to make a review. Bailey needs replaced before this stand is corrupted completely.

    I went here for my normal coffee run and instead was treated like garbage! Rudely greeted then got my drink and it was wrong so I politely asked if they can fix it! The manager I believe they said her name was baily approached and argued with me for about 5 minutes if not more on why my drink was wrong. So I told her calmly it didn't taste correctly and she insisted nothing was wrong with it tossed it on the counter next to another barista tall guy brown hair and finally said just remake it then rolled her eyes said something and walked away and by the look of the other girl that was also there wasn't a nice comment towards me that she had made. Awful awful service for a dutch bros stand.

    Had the worst experience ever at this stand! Bailey was the rudest person I have ever met! She was extremely Disrespectful then pretty much tossed my drink at me through the window and then laughed about it! What kind of manager talks down to customers and the staff they are supposed to be running! If I were you don’t even go here Bailey is a joke! She also will mumble rude comments under her breath and write comments on your cup to be snotty and sarcastic! Again Bailey is a waste of space and should NOT BE A DUTCH EMPLOYEE as she is not Dutch material! All the reviews about her yet still no change with her. Since she got there it’s been nothing but issues get new managers!

    I go to this Dutch Brothers occasionally and for some reason, it’s like they can’t ever get the coffee right. A lot of the times it taste like burnt espresso shots. The last couple times I went I asked them to fix my drink which they did, the one guy was great. Believe his name was Nolow or something but a girl named Bailey who I believe they said is the manager of the stand was very rude about the whole situation and each time of course I was lucky one who had to deal with her. I don’t think it’s a big deal to remake a drink when it comes out with burnt coffee, but she sure did. I guess if you go at the right times, it could be a potentially good stand, but if that girl Bailey is working, don’t bother save your money.
