  ABSOLUTE CINEMA so to start of we got food, eating it right now its perfectly delectable. the sweet and sour sauce is perfect, the cheese and meat melt together perfectly. for service, wow were they so nice to us. and atmosphere, i went through drive through so i dont know for that..

  Our Order was taken quickly, our food came out quickly too. Wasn't impressed with the new specialty sandwich (a cheese steak of some kind) but the classics were good.

  I am a mother of 4 young children from Texas, I am traveling across the country, and was driving through this town, on my way to Oregon. We stop in, first thing I notice is how clean the place is… the dining area and the restrooms. We go up to order and I believe Carlos was our cashier, he was polite and answered a menu question I had. At the end of the transaction he walked all the way around the counter, squatted down and gave my 2 year old a high five. It was truly endearing and not something I expected him to take his time to do. He completely made my littles girl’s day as she had the biggest smile. Then as I was filling my drinks, another employee named Jeremy walked over and asked if I’d like him to push some tables together to make it easier for my children and myself to all sit together. I’ve never had an employee at a fast food restaurant ask me that. He then offered to carry my tray to my table so I could keep ahold of both of my toddlers hands. It was simple kindness, but not something I am not used to in these situations. He later came by and checked on us to see if we needed anything and in conversation recommended a place for me to stop on my travels. The hospitality I received here was superior to any fast food restaurant I’ve been to. I hope their bosses recognize them and know they must make many feel welcome at their location. And also know, while this mom is traveling without her husband (he’s in the Army and currently out of country) that having these employees not only help a mother juggle 4 children, but make my kids smile, means so much! Thank you Arby’s!

  Did a mobile order so I went through the drive-thru. They had my order when I pulled up everything was correct and it was hot.
