The staff is slow as can be and everyone seems to be rather confused about the orders that were placed. We sat in the drive through for 28 minutes and the staff acted as if they smoked the largest joint in the world before coming to work because they tried to give us the wrong order 3 times when we were the only people in line. 5 grown men were on shift and we walked inside from the drive through, the front lobby was flooded with water all over the floor. Someone should really get a better grip on how to run a business 🙃
We came through the drive through today at 5:35pm and waited 15 minutes for our food. The food was made incorrectly, didn’t follow customization request, and they were BEYOND SLOW. No “freaky fast” at this location , let alone can follow instructions

Don’t bother ordering online at this location. They won’t make your food until you’re standing there.
Ordered twice, showed up 30 minutes later both times only to be told,
“We’re still working on that”. What’s up with that?

I went in the shop with my dad to get some lunch. We kindly ordered our 2 sandwiches straight off the menu with a little twist. One sandwich had avocado added to it and the other, no onions please. When we received our sandwiches we were confused to see onions loaded on one and the missing avocado on the other. Not to mention a lack of fresh ingredients. I approached the 5 men on the small sandwich line and asked if I could have the avocado I paid extra for as I showed them the receipt. They all 5 looked at me with a blank expression and one said “ yeah there was supposed to be avocado “ then no one did anything. I sat back down assuming someone would assist me and after 10 minutes past I had to walk up again where it seems all the employees disappeared to struggle to get a small cup of avocado. I’m not sure what’s wrong with these people but they might need to be re trained on how to be human beings. Thank you

Love me some JJ’s but this franchise owner has no clue about the pledge they took to be “Freaky Fast.” I’ve been to this location off and on for a few years now and its new tag line should be, “Freaking Slow.” I’ve ordered sandwiches online and in store but it doesn’t seem to matter. The employees don’t care how long it takes to make a simple sandwich that I assume portions are prepped to be easily and quickly assembled hence JJ’s motto… 🤦🏻♂️
Update: I continued coming to this location after my review because it’s the closest to my home. They have only gotten worse! I understand they have lost the “Freaky Fast Food” slogan for delivery but it’s evident this location and its employees don’t care either way. I order online to give them a head start but they still aren’t ready when I arrive and the last two times my sandwich was missing ingredients either from the original recipe or what I’ve added. I mentioned this to the kid at the window when he made me wait at the speaker when literally nobody was in the store, lot or drive thru. He said, “Sorry for the wait, I was preoccupied.” When I mentioned the brand motto of “Freaky Fast” he replied, “Not anymore.” I will never return to this location.
