    This location is not reliable. Second time I've gone here in 2 months and im missing items I paid for or I got the wrong sandwich. So slow and incompetent you will freak! Not returning abd certainly getting a foul taste for Jimmy John's now. Losing a long time customer due to the management and staff.

    Sat and waited for my order on July 5th, 2026 and watched 7 people order- eat and leave before they bothered to make 2 sandwiches- BAD MANAGEMENT.

    This location has gone to hell. I pretty much stopped ordering here a few months back because of the inconsistent quality, confusing hours posted and then not open etc etc. I ordered 2 weeks ago and got soda with no ice delivered and warm, and a half ass made sandwich. Then today thought I'd give them one more chance, NO DELIVERY DRIVERS are scheduled......so I guess they aren't getting my business. This is not the first time they haven't had drivers either, it's a common theme at this location I'm done........i used to eat there 5 days a week. THAT'S a $500 a month customer or $6k a year your store just lost. It's only a matter of time befire this stire closes based on the reviews

    Had the worst experience here yesterday. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and asked for it to be loaded up with “the works”. I got back to my job site and opened it to find the lamest sandwich I could imagine. I didn’t even take a bite. I brought it back for a refund but the “manager” gave me a really hard time about it. He said things like, “there’s nothing wrong with this food” (as he slid the sandwich towards me) then said “do you want the refund or not? Don’t answer that”. Then he went on to say that he couldn’t “prove the sandwich was mine” without the receipt even though the employee that rung me up like five minutes before verified that he sold it to me. I was forced to go find the receipt in my car which had blown onto the floor by the wind. This was my first and last time at this restaurant. I can deal with a crappy sandwich but not crappy customer service. Wish I would have taken pictures.
