I asked to replace ham with turkey, he instead recommends another sandwich which also has ham luckily I noticed and the sandwich was made without the ham. I was charged for extra cheese I didn't ask for and really didn't leave with what I wanted. I do not recommend this establishment.

Ingredients were perfectly laid out on crunchy-brown-around-the- edges toasted bread, even the pepperoni was curled on the edges, toasted to a 't'. Bravo to the sandwich crafters at Jimmy John's. People, you gotta get a sub here!

Not returning abd certainly getting a foul taste for Jimmy John's now. Losing a long time customer due to the management and staff.
