- KSKillian SewellOct 5, 20261.0They have the consistently good food you expect from jimmy johns. Unfortunately they seem to have taken "freaky fast" as a challenge and go as slow as possible. Even when we order ahead on the app, they can't be timely. It is not an isolated incident either. Today we ordered and showed up 15 minutes later. The car ahead ordered at the mic, and picked up their food at the window. We were asked to wait in the parking lot because somehow it still wasn't ready. It is ridiculous. We will just drive across town to the other location, because it honestly takes less time to drive the extra 8 minutes there and back than to wait 15+ minutes, show up and wait another 15+ minutes. I would give the service from the last 6 months a 0 if I could.
