  31 dollars for 2 Tillamook chz burger baskets. The burger was awful, dry and the lettuce was yellow and old. Nasty.

  I didn't want to only give one star. I didn't. I like burgerville and a lof of their food offerings are quite good but when you charge over three dollars for just a small coke...don't you think that's a bit outrageous? I do. And don't try to claim it's because of inflation. NO. I used to work at McDonald's and I know that fountain soda is one of the most profitable items sold. It's not pure profit but A LOT of money is made compared to what the restaurant pays for the syrup (for those who don't know, the syrup is mixed with carbonated water) I'm willing to pay a bit more for a high quality food item but...soda? Come on. I went down the road to McDonald's and got a small soda for $1.08.

  I don't know how they got 4 stars. Every time we order through Doordash it's always missing something. Not sometimes, or half the time.... Every single time. Honestly we'll just head to Vancouver and get it ourselves because you can't get an order right. I'm thinking they do it on purpose to online orders because they know nothing will happen. Paying more to always get screwed is getting old.

  Made to order double cheeseburgers with no ketchup or mustard or lettuce. Yummy hot and juicy.

  04/12/2026 ~7:30 p.m. I was visiting from out of state and decided to order for my family. 3 adults and 4 small children ages 1-7. $120 for our order only for it to end up on the floor and all over the house in the form of FOOD POISONING. All of us were completely taken out. I can’t even comprehend how an establishment would consciously make decisions that would bring illness to an entire family including BABIES. Every time I come to WA I make a stop at burgerville. But now the thought of it makes me want to run back to the bathroom. Management: I would highly encourage you observe the food handling practices your employees possess, and make the MUCH needed changes to prevent further infection of the public. I’m disgusted and disappointed.
